DESCRIPTION:Come out on February 28th for our first-ever Snow Yoga session\, hosted by talented volunteer Katie Stratman\, for this one-of-a-kind yoga experience on the snow. \nWith a focus on gentle standing poses\, stretching\, and breathing\, participants will enjoy a unique and rejuvenating 45-minute yoga experience that relieves stress and muscle tightness. No experience necessary. \n\nDate: Saturday\, February 28th\nTime: 8:00 a.m. To 8:45 a.m.\nAges: 18+\nWhat to wear and bring: Please bring gloves and dress in warm\, stretchy layers. Winter footwear is fine. If needed\, participants should bring their own water bottle.
