Gear Swap Fundraiser

Please join us for a gear swap fundraiser on Saturday, November 21st from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Details are listed below:

• Gear available at the swap may include skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, outerwear, clothing, and various outdoor recreation equipment. Please note that not all sellers may accept cards for payment.
• Members of the public are invited to sell their own gear for $15 per table. If interested, please arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to set up. Tables (8-foot) will be provided and are first-come, first-served. Payment must be made before the event and may be made online through Stripe or by sending a check.
• Have items to sell, but can’t make it to the swap? Ski patrol will sell your personal items for 20% of the selling price. Drop off your items the day of between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or beforehand at Pilcher’s Indian Store located in West Omaha Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. All items must be tagged with your initials and selling price.
• Members of the public are welcome to donate any items that don’t sell.
• Please pick up any leftover items immediately following the event or schedule a time with staff to pick them up from the ski area.
